Saturday in Swakopmund

Weekends in Namibia are refreshing chill. With stores closing at 1pm the entire country crashes in their homes every Saturday to get a couple hours of satelite rugby in and nothing can interrupt it. And we’re loving this lazy attitude and fitting in no problem…a 1/2 hour run here, dune jumping contest there, and town bicycle excursions with a couple of us in tow atop the rat trap. We’re milking this lazy life for all it’s worth. Until Monday that is!

We find ourselves in fits of uncontrollable laughter over slices of cheese, ragdoll sand-rolls and other random occurances. The nervous energy is undoubtedly surfacing with giggles! Fun, fun and more fun.

We make a good team!
